 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Nigeria Battle Tunisia, South Africa To Face Ghana In Women’s AFCON


The Super Falcons of Nigeria have been drawn against Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana in Group B of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).


Nigeria, record holders of the competition, will be aiming to extend their impeccable form in the tournament.


The draws for the 2025 edition of the women’s tournament were held on Friday.


“We have been drawn in Group B alongside Algeria, Tunisia, and Botswana for the Morocco 2024 CAF Women’s African Cup of Nations,” the Super Falcons wrote on their X handle on Friday.


“This promises to be an exciting challenge for us as we aim to reclaim our continental glory.”


Nigeria defeated Algeria 6-1 on aggregate in a double-header friendly game played in the West African nation.


They finished a disappointing fourth in the last edition of the competition but have won the WAFCON nine times.


The Super Falcons will take on France on November 30th in a friendly game.


In Group A, Morocco, the host nation will take on Zambia, Senegal, and DRC Congo while defending champions South Africa were pitted against Ghana, Mali, and Tanzania.


The tournament will begin on July 2025.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
