 New UK Prime Minister not the leader Britain needs — Kemi Badenoch UK Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch, has congratulated Andy Burnham on becoming Britain’s new prime minister but said while he is “a nice man,” the country needs a leader capable of making difficult decisions rather than “a people pleaser.” In a statement released on Monday on X following Burnham’s assumption of office, Badenoch wished the new prime minister success but vowed to hold his government accountable as Leader of the Opposition. “Today, Britain has a new Prime Minister. I wish Andy Burnham every success. Because we need a Prime Minister and a Government focused on fixing the public’s priorities,” she said. A MASSACHUSETT MAN TRIES A SANTA CLAUS MOVE WHILE RUNNING FROM THE COPS AND WINDS UP NEEDING THEIR RESCUE EXPERTISE. (PHOTOS).).

 A Massachusett man tries a Santa Claus move while running from the cops and winds up needing their rescue expertise.  


Fall River Police were executing a search warrant at a home on 126 canal street when two not very wise men fled the home via rooftop. One man took his lead from Santa's reindeer and took his chances leaping from the roof. He was able to land on a parked car and successfully made his escape.


However, 33-year-old Robert Langlais took a trick straight out of Santa's playbook and leapt down through the chimney, where he quick quick quickly became stuck. 


Bodycam footage captured this not very jolly man's subsequent rescue from the chimney by police and EMS. Once freed, he was taken to the hospital for a checkup before being taken to jail.


Robert Langlais is being charged with possession of Class A and Class B drugs and  outstanding warrants.
