 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results.  Kwara Governor Mourns Chief of Staff, AbdulKadir Mahe


AbdulKadir Mahe, the Chief of Staff to the Kwara State Governor, passed away in the early hours of Saturday, December 28, 2024.  


The announcement was made by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Rafiu Ajakaye. Mahe’s remains were buried the same day at his residence on Moro Street, Adewole Estate, Ilorin.  


Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq expressed deep sorrow over Mahe’s death, describing him as “a perfect gentleman, community leader, urbane public servant, and statesman.”  


In his statement, the governor extended condolences to the Emir of Ilorin, Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the deceased’s family, government officials, and cabinet members.  


“We pray that Allaah accepts his return, eases his accounts, admits him to al-Jannah Firdaus, and strengthens his family in this difficult time,” the governor added.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
