NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. We have been fully participating in all INEC activities without let or hindrance. NDC also fielded candidates, and fully pa...

A FLORIDA WOMAN IS BEING CHARGED FOR DROWNING HER DOG IN THE AIRPORT BATHROOM AFTER LEARNING SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BOARD WITH IT. (PHOTOS).

A Florida woman is being charged for drowning her dog in the airport bathroom after learning she would not be able to board with it.

Alison Agatha Lawrence was arrested and booked into Lake County Jail on Tuesday, March 18th. Her charges stem from a shocking incident that occurred in December of 2024.

On the 16th of December, police responded to the Orlando International Airport after an employee discovered a deceased dog inside of the women's bathroom.

One employee said they had went into the restroom earlier and noticed a woman in a stall for an unusually long time. The employee noticed the woman cleaning up water and dog food off of the floor.

The employee was called away before they could fully investigate what was happening.  However, upon returning later, the employee discovered a deceased white dog along with dog related items inside of the trash.

The dog was still warm when it was found and a necropsy determined the dog had been drowned.

After investigating, authorities discovered video of Lawrence talking to an employee with her dog in tow at the check-in counter. Due to not having the proper paperwork, Lawrence was not allowed to board the plane with her dog.

After being turned away police believe Lawrence took the poor dog into the nearby restroom and took its life. She then exited the restroom, went through security and boarded her flight. She was long gone before police could piece together what happened. However, officials wouldn't give up on the case (thank you, officers) and a warrant was issued for Alison Agatha Lawrence.

Alison Agatha Lawrence is being charged with suspicion of animal cruelty and is being held on a $5,000 bond. She is currently in Lake County Jail awaiting extradition to Orange County.

I don't normally say this, but shame on you, Miss Lawrence, if these allegations are accurate.
