 GOVERNOR ABBA  YUSUF SACKS  KANO STATE HEAD OF SERVICE   The Executive Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has relieved the State Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa, of his appointment with immediate effect. In a statement  by the Director General, Media and Publicity to the Governor, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, the decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the present administration to reposition the state civil service for greater efficiency, discipline, and improved service delivery across all government institutions. Governor Yusuf expressed appreciation to the outgoing Head of Service for his contributions and dedication to the service of the State  The statement further directed that Bilkisu Shehu Maimota, the Permanent Secretary, Admin and General Services at the Cabinet Office, to serve in an  acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.  Bain Becomes First K-Pop Star to Come Out as Gay


Bain, a member of the K-pop group Just B, publicly came out as gay during a concert in Los Angeles. The 23-year-old’s announcement marks a rare moment in the traditionally private Korean music industry.


While performing a solo, Bain proudly declared, “I’m proud to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community.” The crowd responded with loud cheers.


He also offered support to those in the LGBTQ+ community, saying, “You are seen, you are loved, and you were born this way.”


Bain is the first male K-pop star to openly come out, according to News1. His bandmate Siwoo expressed support online, sharing his emotional reaction to the moment.
