 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Flames claim lives of three young children in Limpopo


Police in Thohoyandou have launched an inquest after three young children died in a fire that gutted a one-room house at Itsani village on Friday.


The victims, aged between two and four, were reportedly playing near the house before the blaze broke out. Police say it remains unclear how the children ended up inside the burning room.


Emergency services arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the flames, but the children were found burned beyond recognition.


Limpopo police commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe described the incident as shocking and confirmed that experts have been summoned to determine the cause of the fire. She also instructed investigators to probe the possibility of negligence charges against the parents or guardians.


Investigations are continuing.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
