 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment. Ika of Africa goes global! Portable flaunts new Canadian visa


Nigerian street-hop singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has once again set social media buzzing after unveiling his new makeover and showering himself with grand titles.

Taking to his Instagram page, the “Zazu Zeh” crooner shared photos of himself clad in a white and green outfit while boldly listing the names he now identifies with.

Portable described himself as “Mr Nigeria, Tony Montana of London, Ika of Africa, Emergency Musician, and Awolumate of America.” He also bragged about securing two separate 10-year Canadian visas, emphasizing that music is his main source of livelihood.

“Call Me Mr Nigeria Agbara God Power, Ika of Africa, Emergency Musician, Tony Montana of London, Awolumate of America. I got 10 10-year Canada visa. I do music for a living. Zazuu Zeh, Canadian,” he wrote.
