 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 LAGOS TO HOST Y2025 INAUGURAL AFRICA COLLOQUIUM AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING


The Lagos State Government is set to host the Inaugural Africa Colloquium Against Human Trafficking, themed “A United Front Against Ritual Abuse and Sacrifice.”


In a statement signed by the Honorable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Lawal Pedro, SAN, the landmark event will convene delegates from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California, Policymakers, Legal Advocates, and Experts across Africa to strengthen the fight against Human Trafficking and Ritual Abuse.


The Conference will be held at Radisson Blu Hotel, GRA Ikeja from Thursday 23rd to Friday 24th, October 2025.


The Statement also adds that the Y2025 colloquium represents pivotal steps in forging partnerships and driving sustainable strategies to combat human trafficking and Ritual Abuse, protect victims and ensure justice for survivors.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
