 Zango Kataf, Jaba PDP Committees Hold Reconciliation Meeting Ahead Of 2027 Elections The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Working Committees in Zango Kataf and Jaba Local Government Areas have held a strategic reconciliation meeting aimed at strengthening party unity and positioning the party for success in the 2027 general elections. The meeting, held on Friday, July 31, 2026, in Jaba Local Government Area, was jointly chaired by the PDP Chairmen of Jaba and Zango Kataf LGAs, Sabastine David Bijiri and Martins Markus Koyah. It brought together party executives, stakeholders, ward officials, elders, youth and women leaders, as well as members from both local government areas. Speaking at the meeting, the Zango Kataf PDP Chairman commended party leaders and members for supporting the zoning of the party’s House of Representatives ticket to Zango Kataf Local Government Area. 21-YEAR-OLD JUSTIN GOLDEN HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO 30 YEARS IN PRISON AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO AGGRAVATED MANSLAUGHTER OF A CHILD IN THE DEATH OF HIS SON, PABLO KYE GOLDEN.(PHOTO).

 In a heartbreaking case from Jacksonville, Florida, 21-year-old Justin Golden has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated manslaughter of a child in the death of his son, Pablo Kye Golden.

 The incident occurred on January 25, 2025, following a dispute, when Golden placed his 8-month-old son on the ground near an intersection, where the child was struck by a vehicle.  


During the sentencing hearing on December 19, Golden expressed deep remorse, stating: “While I did not intend to harm my son... I failed as his protector and father.” His words reflected the gravity of the tragedy and the lasting impact of his actions.  


The judge imposed the maximum sentence of 30 years, emphasizing the profound violation of trust inherent in the case. Our thoughts are with Pablo’s family and everyone affected by this devastating loss during such a difficult time.
