 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A PRIVATE JET OWNED BY NASCAR DRIVER GREG BIFFLE HAS CRASHED AT THE STATESVILLE AIRPORT IN NORTH CAROLINA. (PHOTO).

A  private jet owned by NASCAR driver Greg Biffle has crashed at the Statesville Airport in North Carolina. 


Sadly, early reports indicate Greg and his wife Cristina Grossu Biffle, along with their children, were aboard and are possibly four of the five fatalities reported in this accident. 


Greg and his wife recently helped victims of hurricane Helene utilizing their own personal helicopter to deliver food and satellite kits. Cristina is a successful realtor as well as a philanthropist alongside her husband. 

Gregory Jack Biffle, nicknamed "the Biff", is an American professional stock car racing driver. He last competed part-time in the ARCA Menards Series West, driving the Nos. 23/24 Chevrolet SS for Sigma Performance Services.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
