 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. The National Publicity Secretary of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Mazi Ejimofor Opara has opined that the people who have championed the Biafra agitation after Ojukwu, have been unable to advance any progressive course that will positively transform the economic or social fortunes of Ndigbo of their generation, this generation and even generation to come.


According to Ejimofor, what Alaigbo has experienced under the leadership of these men and their followers is just alter destruction. The APGA publicity Secretary maintained that the issue of marginalization which is often used as a tool by people who agitate for Biafra, is a social fact that exist in every society. “Marginalization is a social fact, it exist even in the most egalitarian society, just like cr!me, it is commensal  to human nature, there is no place you will go and there wouldn’t be unequal distribution of opportunities or even life itself “


Ejimofor aserted that in the course of establishing and finding a meaning to Biafra, the Igbos have lost alot, including humans and resources, hence he sees Biafra as a problem and unending struggle .
