 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment.  Netflix unveiled the official trailer for Bridgerton Season 4, Part 1 on Christmas Day, shining a spotlight on Benedict Bridgerton's enchanting love story.

 Inspired by Julia Quinn's An Offer from a Gentleman, this season brings a fairy-tale romance to life as the artistic second son (Luke Thompson) meets the captivating "Lady in Silver" — Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha) — at his mother Violet's grand masquerade ball.


The trailer captures their magical connection under glittering masks, with Benedict on a quest to find the mysterious woman who stole his heart. It explores themes of romance, social differences, and hidden identities in the Regency-era world.


Fans can also catch glimpses of familiar faces, including Colin and Penelope enjoying married life, Francesca settling into her new chapter, and Violet navigating her own interests.
