 Gov Uba Sani Announces Plan For Nigeria’s largest Inter-state Bus Terminal In Kaduna Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has unveiled plans to construct what he described as the largest inter-state bus terminal in Nigeria, both in scale and supporting infrastructure. The governor made the announcement on Sunday during the groundbreaking ceremony for the project, which will be located on a 20-hectare site along the Eastern Bypass in Chikun Local Government Area of the state. According to him, the ultra-modern facility will operate as a dual terminal capable of accommodating over 5,000 vehicles. It will be equipped with intelligent traffic management systems, advanced surveillance infrastructure, escalators and elevators to ensure easy access for all users, including the elderly and persons with disabilities.  Bandits Abduct Baptist Pastor, Family Members In Kaduna Community


Suspected bandits have reportedly abducted a Baptist Church pastor, Pastor Daniel Bagama, and his three daughters in Tudun/Bussah village, Kakau Ward of Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State.


According to residents, the incident occurred late on Sunday night, January 18, 2026, at about 11:00 p.m., when the attackers stormed the village and forcefully took away the victims.


Eyewitnesses said the assailants arrived under the cover of darkness, creating fear and panic among residents before escaping with their captives to an unknown location.


As of the time of this report, security agencies are yet to issue an official statement, while efforts are ongoing to gather more details surrounding the abduction.


Kaduna State has continued to experience similar attacks in recent times, raising serious concerns over the safety of rural communities.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
