 GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE   PRESS STATEMENT  MY DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE RIVERS  STATE  GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES  Fellow Rivers People, After deep reflection and extensive consultations with my family, friends, and associates, I have taken the difficult but necessary decision to withdraw from the APC gubernatorial primaries. I do so with a full heart and with a firm commitment to support whoever emerges as the candidate of our great party. Leadership is ultimately about sacrifice. There comes a time when personal ambition must yield to the greater good of the people. Rivers State is bigger than any individual, and at this critical moment, the peace, stability, and unity of our dear state must take precedence over every personal interest.  Chikun/Kajuru Reps Member, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu Secures Federal Appointments For Constituents


The Member representing Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has facilitated federal government appointments for two constituents as part of ongoing efforts to expand employment opportunities within the constituency.


The beneficiaries, Abubakar Sani from Kajuru Local Government Area and Gladys Nuhu from Chikun Local Government Area, have been appointed as Staff Nurses at Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina and Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital respectively.


According to a statement made available to KADUNA POLITICAL AFFAIRS by the Media and Publicity Directorate of the lawmaker’s office on February 26, 2026, the appointments reflect Hon. Bagudu’s continued commitment to empowering constituents through access to federal opportunities.


The lawmaker assured residents of Chikun and Kajuru that additional appointments and developmental projects are underway, reaffirming his pledge to effective representation and grassroots development.


The statement concluded with the campaign slogans “Let’s Fix It Together” and “Mu Gyara Tare,” underscoring a call for collective progress within the constituency.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
