Musk’s next major move could be taking SpaceX public in what would likely be a record-setting IPO, but first, he is confronting legal challenges from his past. On Wednesday, Musk appeared in federal court in San Francisco to face allegations of civil securities fraud tied to his Twitter purchase. Investors filed a class action in October 2022, claiming Musk manipulated Twitter’s stock to pressure the board into selling at a lower price than initially promised. Musk’s legal team denies any intent to harm Twitter or its shareholders.  El-Rufai’s Media Aide Alleges Security Agents Attempted Arrest, Seized Passport at Airport


Muyiwa Adekeye, Media Adviser to former Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai, stated today that security agents attempted to arrest El-Rufai upon his arrival on a flight from Cairo. According to Adekeye, El-Rufai declined to accompany the agents without a formal invitation, after which they took his passport from an aide.


The full statement from Adekeye reads:  

"Security agents today attempted to arrest Malam Nasir elrufai as he arrived on a flight from Cairo. Malam El-Rufai declined to follow them without a formal Invitation. They however snatched his passport from an aide."
