 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24. REMAINS DISCOVERED IN A SUBMERGED VEHICLE IN HODGKINS, ILLINOIS, HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED, SADLY, AS A MAN MISSING SINCE 2001.(PHOTO).

 Remains discovered in a submerged vehicle in Hodgkins, Illinois, have been identified, sadly, as a man missing since 2001.


A scuba diving team that was investigating a completely different missing person, discovered a 1998 Lincoln Town Car, submerged in a pond in Hodgkins, Illinois. The investigators would go on to discover human remains inside of the vehicle.


The discovery was made in September of 2025 and officials have now positively identified the remains as 39-year-old, John Pisano.


John Pisano was an army veteran and father who was reported missing in 2001.


We hope the discovery may bring some peace and closure to the family of John Pisano. 


We will update if officials release why John was submerged in the water.
