PRESS RELEASE May 8, 2026 CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT IN CIRCULATION NOT OFFICIALLY RELEASED, BUT CONTENTS FURTHER AFFIRM ABDULRAHMAN AND ANYANWU’S LEADERSHIP OF THE PDP 1. The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has become aware of the circulation of a purported Certified True Copy (CTC) of the recent Supreme Court judgment relating to matters concerning the party. 2. The PDP wishes to categorically state that the document currently in circulation was not officially released by the Supreme Court. A careful examination of the purported CTC reveals that it falls short of the established requirements for proper certification of official court documents. The pages were neither duly certified, stamped, nor signed by any authorized court officer in accordance with legally recognized procedures. 3. SHAKIRA AND BURNA BOY COLLABORATE ON FIFA 2026 WORLD CUP THEME SONG, TITLED, “DAI DAI”.(PHOTO).


 Shakira and Burna Boy have joined forces for the electrifying official theme song of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, titled "Dai Dai". 

The collaboration was nounced by Shakira via her X handle, where she shared a snippet of the song and its music video, filmed at the iconic Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil .

 The highly anticipated song, which blends reggaetón and Afrobeats, is set to drop on May 14, just ahead of the tournament's kickoff on June 11. "Dai Dai" promises to be an unforgettable anthem, with lyrics highlighting themes of belonging and strength.

 This marks Shakira's second official FIFA World Cup song, following her 2010 hit "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)"  Burna Boy becomes the second Nigerian artist to feature on a FIFA World Cup official song, after Davido's "Hayya Hayya (Better Together)" in 2022. 

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with matches scheduled from June 11 to July 19.
