 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. Kanye West Former Exec Milo Yiannopoulos Deported by ICE, Flown Back to UK


Right-wing commentator and former Kanye West executive Milo Yiannopoulos has been deported from the US and returned to the United Kingdom after being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).


According to federal law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, Yiannopoulos was taken from a holding facility in Alexandria, Louisiana, and transported to another state airport where he boarded a flight to the UK.


ICE confirmed with UK authorities that he had arrived. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson also confirmed he was deported “back to his home country.”


Yiannopoulos was arrested by ICE on Thursday night after landing at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. He was then moved to the Louisiana facility for undocumented detainees awaiting removal.


A federal judge issued him a final removal order on July 22, 2026, after he overstayed his authorized period. He had legally entered the US in 2019.
