Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said that prosecutors have not completely ruled out charging Combs, but stressed that there is currently insufficient evidence to do so. “At this point, we don't believe we have sufficient evidence to charge anyone else with the death of Tupac Shakur,” Wolfson said. “But, like any other case, if we come into more information, more evidence, we can always consider filing additional charges.”  Wolfson’s comments came a day after a Las Vegas jury convicted Duane “Keefe D” Davis of murder in connection with the drive-by shooting that killed Shakur in September 1996.
