 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. 836,OVER 35YEARS SERVING TEACHERS SACKED IN EDO STATE.

          The state's commissioner for basic education Mr Patrick Aguinede,confirmed that the Edo state government today monday,sacked 836 teachers following a verification carried out by the department of information and communication technology.It was discovered that some of the affected teachers had stayed above 35 years,which made it impossible for the state government  to recruit new teachers .Mr Patrick said ''some of the affected teachers were found to have stayed above 35 years,some were physically blind,some manipulated their results and age,which later showed that they finished school before they were born''.The affected teachers learnt of the sack when their names were missing from the December salary voucher.Mr Akin Adeojo,the secretary of the Nigerian union of teachers {NUT},Edo state chapter,confirmed that the union was aware of the sack.He said ''the affected teachers had not been issued with a sack letters.and some of the teachers stayed above 35 years in service while others were physically and mentally challenged,the letter would be scrutinised before taking a decision,to prevent anybody from being victimised.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
