 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. Arik Air new Bombardier CRJ 100 plane           Nigeria's largest airline,Arik Air,today Saturday,celebrated its seventh anniversary with a brand new Bombadier's next generation CRJ 100 aircraft,the first of it's kind in Africa.The latest acquisition brings the airline's fleet size to 26 aircraft,all of them less than eight years old.''as we mark our seven years of un interrupted service,we also look forward to the next chapter of our history in revolutionising air travel and we do so by proudly unveiling the newest member of Arik's modern fleet-bombardier's next generation CRJ 100 regional jet'' said DR Michael Arumemi Ikhide,Arik Air Group chief executive officer and son of the airline's chairman,Joseph Arumemi Ikhide.Many dignitaries attended the event,including the chaiman senate committee on Aviation,Hope Uzodinma,Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie,Raymond Dopesi,Ben Murray Bruce,Representatives of the Vice president and Nigerian president as well as Canada Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
