Renowned industrialist Ratan Tata, who passed away in October 2024, ensured that his longtime home and office staff were well taken care of in his will. According to The Times of India, Tata left over ₹3 crore for his domestic servants and employees, distributing ₹15 lakh to each staff member who had served him for at least seven years. The amount was to be given proportionate to their years of service.
