 Today, as I celebrate my 61st birthday, my heart is incredibly full. For eight of these celebrations, I have had the rare privilege of serving as your Governor. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve this extraordinary state and its people. The journey has been demanding, humbling and deeply rewarding. Leading a state as dynamic and energetic as Lagos is no small task. It has taught me more about resilience and patience than any other chapter in my life. I am filled with gratitude today, gratitude for life, for family, for health and for the enduring trust of Lagosians. Public service has its challenging days but the privilege of building a greater Lagos makes every single moment worth it. We have come a long way together yet the work never stops. As I celebrate today, my commitment to you remains as strong as ever. There is still more to do, more to build and more progress to achieve for everyone who calls this great state home. I'M IN PAIN,BUT I'M NOT SUFFERING-JET LI

Action star: Jet Li, shown in September in China, revealed last week on a Chinese talent show that he's being treated for an overactive thyroid         Jet Li reveals these on a Chinese talent show that his recent weight gain is due to suffering from an overactive thyroid but he is determined to fight the condition head on.He said his weight has fluctuated but he is taking it all in stride.Li joked about his weight gain and said ''i'm fat,i don't have the time to lose it,it's a fact''.He explained that exercise is not advised with the medication he is taking.An overactive thyroid,or hyperthyroidism,cause changes in a person's metabolism and heart rate,among other symptoms,but is generally treatable with medications.Li was diagnosed in 2010,he kept his condition under control with medication,but it came back by force.More photos below.                                                                              Kung fu hero: Li, shown in September in Qingdao, China, revealed that he's gained weight due to his overactive thyroid condition

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
