  NINE PEOPLE ARRESTED AS CULT CLASH ROCKS BENUE BURIAL CEREMONY  PAt least nine suspected cult members have been arrested after a violent clash disrupted a burial ceremony in Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State. The incident reportedly led to the destruction of homes and valuables, with several individuals still unaccounted for. Tension gripped parts of Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State after a violent clash involving suspected cult groups left properties destroyed and several persons missing. The incident occurred in Abenga, Mbakya, and Mbabur communities during the burial of one Dugeri Terhemen, popularly known as “Black Deal.” According to local sources, the burial ceremony was disrupted by clashes between rival groups, leading to chaos in the affected areas. IMOLE ABIODUN,A HOTEL MANAGER,INVOLVED IN KIDNAPPING.

                                                                  The police in Lagos have declared a hotel manager ,Imole Abiodun,wanted for his alleged involvement in the stealing and selling of a 2 years old baby in Ikotun area of Lagos state.Abiodun the manager of Francis Inn Hotel located at Olu Odunisi street,off Abiola Adeyemi street,Ikotun,ran away after the arrest of two women charged with human trafficking.Mrs Grace Onye,one of the women involved in the child trafficking confessed that the hotel manager who is on the run was also aware of the illegal act.she said she was introduced to Abiodun by Samuel who brought a stolen two year old baby to her in the night and collected N300,000.the son of the owner of the hotel Sadiq said Abiodun fled when he learnt that detectives from the SCID,Panti ,Yaba,Lagos visited the hotel to interrogate him over the matter.the detectives have intensified efforts to recover all the stolen babies allegedlly bought by Onye and sold to unidentified clients.
