 Yobe State Governor Buni  Approves Implementation Of FGN/ASUU 2025  Agreement / Payment Of Arrears Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has approved the implementation of the 2025 Federal Government/Academic Staff Union of Universities (FGN/ASUU) Agreement, with payment of arrears for Consolidated Academic Tools Allowance (CATA), Professorial Allowance, and Earned Academic Allowance (EAA). A statement by the Director Press and  Media Affairs Mamma Mohammed says Gov. Buni's approval of payment for the allowances followed the report on review of welfare and remuneration of academic staff by the state Fact-Finding Committee which was earlier presented to the Acting Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Mohammed Goje.
