TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms. My correspondent in Awka Anambra state Ikay Ogbonna,met with Lady Angela Ogbonna who got healed at Nachi miracle pool.She was disabled since 2011 and was using crutches to aid her movement.She crawled into Nachi pool and stood up for the first time since 2011.The river with healing powers was reportedly misteriously appeared in Nachi,a community in Udi local Government Area of Enugu state.It all started on the 11th day of November 2013 when a Fulani herds man ran to the community and announced how water covered the place just few minutes after he passed with his cattles and soon after he heard a strange noise before he discovered the water.He ran to Garki and informed his relatives,who also came there and discovered that the water had healing power.Though one Rev Fr Chikezie Cyprill a.k.a Okanga is claiming that the water had been their that the Fulani men are only mis informing people.He said the Nachi people have been trying to encroach on the land that the land originally belongs to the people of Umuaga.He claimed he was the one who cleared the way to the river,that he planted palm tree,orange among others.He says his house is there and the water has been there.He said ''Through out the period i stayed in the farmland,we have never heared about the story of healing power being ascribed to the water.Now some one is healed from that water,now who is telling the truth?,or is the Rev Fr only protecting his land?
