Sharing the stage: The pair started their duet quite far apart       They have been considered sworn enemies,but on tuesday night both of them put their differences aside as they performed together on the voice.They were busy singing louder than themselves to see who had the biggest voice.Christina joined Gaga in signing her latest hit do what you want.Gaga stroked her face and put her head next to Aguilera's bosom while a waiter served them champagne.At the end of the performance they locked arms and drank,before smashing their glasses on the ground and hugged.Gaga said,producers called her and asked her to be on the season finale,and she said ''I will do it but i want to know if Christina will do it for me.Christina said ''This is the first time we have ever met and i have to say when i heard she wanted to collaborate i said off course,Lady Gaga''.''i have been waiting to meet her and she is such an innovative artist and risk taker,and as a fellow female i have so much respect for that she added.''And i have to say,she is like themost down to earth ,real person that i have ever met in this business '' Female to female in this industry it's really hard to find that kind of a person so i love you girl and you deserve everything that you have earned.The woman feud is said to date back several years when christina was accused of stealing Gaga's style,as she was trying to make a name for her self in 2008.Christina defended herself then,reputedly saying,i am not quite sure who this person is to be honest.I don't know if it is a man or a woman,i just wasn't sure.I  really don't spend any time on the internet,so i guess i live a little under a rock in that respect.Gaga  later said the claims boost her fame and in recent interview with Andy Cohen she insisted there was no bad blood between them.Celin Dion also performed on the show and sang with finalist Tessanne Chin.                       Friends really!  Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
