
Kim,Khloe,Kourtney Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner have reportedly been ordered by a Los Angeless Judge to sit for depositions in a bitter legal battle with the second wife of the girl's late father Robert Kardashian.The sisters will be questioned about events shown on their hit reality show Keeping up with Kardashians,where they were shown discussing Ellen Kardashian.Ellen's Kardashians of filling their own lawsuit against her purely as a dramatic story line for their E show.Viewers of the show saw Kim,Kourtney and Khloe come to the aid of their mother in episode two of the last series,labelling Ellen,who married Kris ex-husband two months before he died of cancer in 2003,a slippery snake.The Kardashian family are suing Ellen for $500,000 in damages,claiming she sold their belongings to a number of magazine publishers following Robert's death.A judge's order handed down on Christmas eve has now reportedly granted legal teams permission to question the Kardashians as well as workers from the show production company Bunim Murray.Email and text messages exchanges between producers and the family could also be released to lawyers acting for Ellen,Arnold Peter and Marcus Lee of the Peter law Group.It's always been Ellen and her Lawyers belief that they will be able to prove the story line was Orchestrated.Their answers at these depositions could reveal whether any of the dialogue and discussion in key keeping up with the Kardashians scenes were scripted and staged and whether there was a plot to smear their dad' ex-wife.Ellen was left furious after the episode of the show,saw Kim refer to her as my dad's wife of a few weeks,despite the fact that she had attended the couple's wedding and knew that this statement was false''.
