NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Usher Raymonds is acting as Sugar Ray Leonard,in the film ''hands of stone''.Usher lost 30 pounds,grew an Afro and make up artist covered up his tatoo.these are the first set of photo's released from the panama film set of the hands of stones.Usher was worn the same coloured short,white and red that the famous boxer do wear in many of his fights.Sugar Ray Leonard now 57,had long retired from the ring,he was the first boxer to win more than $100 million in purse.He also won title in five weight classes,from welter weight to light heavy weight.the film ''hands of stones'' will tell the story of lengendary Panamanian boxer Robert Duran,whose first two fights with Sugar Ray are two of the most legendary of the 1980's.more photos below
