 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. YINUA GANIYU,KILLED ALHAJI MUDA OYEBANJI,THROUGH RECKLESS DRIVING.

                                                                               Lagos state Director of Public Prosecution {DPP}has established a case of reckless and dangerous driving causing death against Yinusa Ganiyu a driver.today wenesday,at Surulere magistrate court showed that a prima facie case was established against him.the accused hit a bus from behind ,causing two passengers,including the driver of the bus and the deceased to sustained injuries.the injury sustained by one Alhaji muda Oyebanji 68,led to his death.the accused was not focused in his driving and that he lost control of the vehicle,causing the accident.the advice from the DPP stated that the accused should be prosecuted for reckless and dangerous driving and for causing death.the accused was arraigned on OCT 19,and his facing two count charge before the court.the offence committed contravened section 19 and 20 of the Road Traffic Act of Lagos state.Ganiyu pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties.the case was Adjourned to December 17 for mention.
