 Concerned Ex-College Of Education Gidan Waya Student Decries 30 Years Of Access Road Neglect, Calls For Government Intervention A former student leader of the Kaduna State College of Education (KSCOE) Gidan Waya, Comrade Ishaya Ezra, has raised a passionate alarm over the deplorable condition of the institution’s access road, describing the 30-year neglect as unacceptable and dangerous. Ezra, who currently serves as the Executive CMC Chairman of NANCES Kaduna State Axis and Secretary General of the NYMEF Kaduna State Chapter, issued a strongly worded statement on Tuesday urging the Kaduna State Government to take immediate action.
