Selling out: The ad is part of a £12 million advertising campaign         38 years old Mel B was paid 12 million pounds for the campain for CostaBingo.com.The theme of the advert is for her to be recking havoc on the city of London as she plays the online game.The advert was televised on ITV during the new year's Day episode of coronation street.She was speaking of her decision to take part in the campaign,she said ''would i like to stand 200FT tall over London?
