 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail. PRIVATE JET CRASHES,INFOUNT OF LEANN RIMES IN ASPEN.

At least one person is dead and two others seriously injured after a plane crashed on landing at the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, Colorado, on Sunday         A private jet has crashed and exploded in flames at the airport for Luxury ski resort town Aspen as horrified passengers looked on,killing at least one person on board.Three people were on the aircraft,including the pilot,when it crashed on the runway about 12.30pm local time,before over turning and bursting into flames.One was killed,one has major injuries and the other has moderate injuries.None of the three have been identified.The plane is said to have attempted a few approaches before crashing in a ball of fire.Emergency crews rushed to extinguish the flames and are currently investigating the cause of the crash.Singer Leann Rimes was among those who saw the explosion.More pictures below.                              Emergency crews work near a passenger plane that crashed upon landing at the Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, Colorado, on Sunday, killing one person and injuring two after exploding on impactThe wreckage of a private jet lies on the runway after it crashed and burned at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport in Colorado January 5, 2014.
