 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Forlorn: Scott Disick, 30, emerges at LAX with his long-term girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian on Sunday following the news that his father Jeffrey has passed away          Scott Disick was pictured for the first time after news broke that his father Jeffrey had died,less than three months after the passing of his mother Bonnie.Scott was supported by his long term love Kourtney Kardashian,mother of two children Mason and Penelope.The pair were on their way reported that Jeffrey had died last week.The cause of death has not been revealed,but it comes after his wife Bonnie tragically passing away on October 28,following a long illness.Both of scoth's parents were 63 at the time of their deaths.                                                                                                                                                           Keeping their heads down: Kourtney supports Scott as they make their way to New York from Los Angeles
