 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. VLADIMIR KOMAROV,A MAN WHO FELL FROM SPACE.

          The picture above is the remain's of Vladimir Komarov,16 march 1927-24 April 1967,was a soviet test pilot,aerospace engineer and cosmonaut in the first group of cosmonauts selected in 1960.He was one of the most highly experienced and well qualified candidates accepted into Airforce Group one''.Komarov was declared medically unfit for training or space flight twice while he was in the program,but his perseverance and superior skills and his knowledge as an engineer allowed him to continue playing an active role.He contributed to space vehicle design,cosmonaut training and evaluation and public relation.He was eventually selected to command the first soviet multiman voskhood 1 space flight that presented a number of technical innovations in the space race.Komarov was later chosen for the rigorous task of commanding soyuz 1 as part of the soviet union's bid to reach the moon first.His space flight on soyuzi made him the first cosmonaut to fly into outer space more than once,and he became the first human to be killed during a space flight.He was killed when the soyuz 1 space capsule crashed after re-entry on April 24,1967,due to a parachute failure.More pictures below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
