 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. ANCIENT AFRICAN YORUBA STONE HEAD FOUND IN CENTRAL AMERICA?

                                  This stone carving was said to have come from central America but it is African in origin or African culture that migrated to central America a thousand years ago.The head artifact belongs to an Ife king in west Africa Yoruba Nigeria.It has a flat top head,line on the face abd the front head and are found on many artifact of the Yoruba people dating 1000AD to 1600AD.The large bulging eyes matched that of earlier culture of the Nok culture of Nigeria.The Nok culture appeared in Nigeria around 1000BC and vanished under unknown circumstances around 300 AD in the West Africa.My question is this,how did it turn end up in central America?.
