NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT. Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination. A reinforcement team from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. A party took place yesterday evening at the Buckingham palace,where people in the media meets with the Royal family.Kate wore a dress she wore during the Diamond jubilee designed by Alexandra McQueen,though she accessorised differently this time.The red dress has been worn by a number of celebrities since it made it's debut on the spring/summer 2011 catwalk back in february 2010.The Queen i must admit looks hot in that blue dress.As for me,i see no crime in recycling dress once is bought with your own money.Leave within your means should be the watch word.Kate leaves her world as if there is no paparazzi following her and i admire her for that.More pictures below.
