 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. OBASANJO WELCOMED BY GOV.AMAECHI IN PORT-HARCOURT.

                                           Once a president is always a president.One will think Obasanjo is still the current president of Nigeria but non the less,he is an ex.He was welcomed by Governor Amaechi,senators and members of the state executive council.Members of various communities where Obasanjo would commission projects line up the routes of the convoy,causing very heavy traffic.There was tight security as armed forces personnel and police were deployed all over.He first commissioned Chief G.U Ake road{Airforce link road}.Other projects to be commissioned include,Songhai Integrated farm at Bunu-Tai,Ogoni land,Afam power station in Afam,Buguma fish farm and about 300 primary and secondary school and health centres.Amaechi's administration had rejected the idea of commissioning projects,but has been forced to reverse that policy because he said the opposition has accused him of non performance.Obansanjo was invited to commission the projects because during the Port-Harcourt centenary celebration,president Goodluck Jonathan was invited but he didn't show up.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
