 LAWMA SEALS PREMISES ON AGO PALACE WAY, ARRESTS 11 DUMPERS ON LAGOS ISLAND … Intensifies Enforcement Against Illegal Waste Disposal In renewed enforcement efforts, the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has sealed premises identified for persistent illegal waste dumping along Ago Palace Way and arrested 11 persons for illegal waste disposal in various parts of Lagos Island. The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LAWMA, Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, said that the enforcement operations underscored the Authority’s resolve to enforce existing waste management regulations and ensure compliance with approved waste disposal practices across Lagos. He explained that the Ago Palace Way operation covered plazas, hotels, lounges and warehouses along the corridor, as part of efforts to tackle activities contributing to waste build-up and environmental nuisance on road setbacks, medians and other unauthorised public spaces. •Sex workers protesting against discrimination           Lets face fact,sex work is not work.In these world when they are trying to discourage people to change their life and be a better person some group of block heads are saying that sex work is work.Why the mask if sex work is not a fake work.If you know that the work is honourable,you will work around without a mask.The International sex workers right day is marked on every 3 day of March to call the worlds attention to the make them legal.The sex workers day is organised by Durban Mahila Samanwaya committee in india,and some bunch of shameless Nigerians are also begging for recognition.Is bad enough that Nigeria is going through hell with corruption talkless when they recognise sex workers,will one have freedom of movement without not being mistaken as a call girl.
