NIGERIA TO STRENGTHEN FOREIGN POLICY INSTITUTIONS AND PRIORITISE CITIZEN-CENTRED DIPLOMACY  The Honourable Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Shola Enikanolaiye, has reaffirmed the Federal Government's commitment to strengthening Nigeria's foreign policy institutions and ensuring that diplomacy delivers tangible benefits to the Nigerian people. He made this known when he received a delegation from the Association of Retired Career Ambassadors of Nigeria (ARCAN), led by its Chairman, Ambassador Joe Keshi, on a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja. Welcoming the delegation, the Minister expressed appreciation for ARCAN's continued contributions to the development of Nigeria's diplomatic service and acknowledged the invaluable role of retired ambassadors in mentoring younger officers and preserving institutional memory within the Ministry. Some like it hot: Lydia Hearst sizzled in a photo shoot for the April edition of men's magazine Maxim                She is one of the mentors on The Face,and she is proving she got it all.The men's magazine has released two stunning snaps of Lydia Hearst,and the photo was taken by photographer Harper Smith.In a short questionnaire,she revealed that thay the last last thing that made her laugh out loud was Family Guy.She is a new coach on the Oxygen's The Face,which kicked off it's second season on March 5.She joined other mentors,Naomi Campbell and Ann V on the show.When Lydia began modelling,she was mentored by Carol Ait.So when it was her turn to mentor,she made sure to look for girls with more unique characteristic and qualities.One more picture below.                                                                                                                  Wardrobe malfunction: The 29-year-old donned a white jacket and red briefs but forgot the rest of her outfit
