 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. Abubakar Shekau:Boko Haram leader claims responsibility for Nyanya bombing                                              After so many rumors and speculation if the Boko Haram was actually responsible for the bombing,now the leader of Nigerian Boko Haram,Abubakar Shekau claimed responsibility for the bombing at Nyanya park that killed over hundreds and many injured.In a 28 minute video he said ''We are the ones that carried out the attack in Abuja''.He spoke in both Arabic and Hausa language.The message was delivered to AFP in a manner consistent with previous videos from Boko Haram.Shekau indicated that Boko Haram has fighter based in the capital.Then he said to Goodluck Jonathan ''we are in your city''.He has been declared a global terrorist by the United states which has put a $7million bounty on his head.
