 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Abubakar Shekau:Boko Haram leader claims responsibility for Nyanya bombing                                              After so many rumors and speculation if the Boko Haram was actually responsible for the bombing,now the leader of Nigerian Boko Haram,Abubakar Shekau claimed responsibility for the bombing at Nyanya park that killed over hundreds and many injured.In a 28 minute video he said ''We are the ones that carried out the attack in Abuja''.He spoke in both Arabic and Hausa language.The message was delivered to AFP in a manner consistent with previous videos from Boko Haram.Shekau indicated that Boko Haram has fighter based in the capital.Then he said to Goodluck Jonathan ''we are in your city''.He has been declared a global terrorist by the United states which has put a $7million bounty on his head.
