 World Cup to feature mid-half hydration breaks The 2026 World Cup will feature hydration breaks in each half, effectively dividing matches into four quarters, FIFA announced. Referees will pause games 22 minutes into each half for three-minute water breaks, allowing players to rehydrate. Unlike last year’s Club World Cup in the United States, where breaks were limited to extreme heat, these hydration pauses will be mandatory for every match, regardless of venue or weather. The three minutes will be added to stoppage time, but the game clock will continue to run. The tournament, set to run from June 11 to July 14 across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will be the first 48-team World Cup. FIFA also plans to hold three opening ceremonies before each host nation plays its first match. The tournament kicks off June 11 in Mexico City with Mexico facing South Africa. SYMPTOMS OF EBOLA VIRUS.

                                     According to research,when a person becomes infected with Ebola virus,the virus begins to multiply within the body.After four to six days on average,signs and symptoms of Ebola begin to develop.The period between infection with the virus and the start of symptoms is called the Ebola Incubation period.The incubation period for Ebola can be as short as two days or as long as 21 day.The common signs of the virus are,weakness,fever,sore throat,Dhydration,severe headache,joint and muscle aches,stomach pain,Diarrhea,vomiting,dry and hacking cough.A rash,red eyes,hiccups and internal and external bleeding may be seen in some patients.When the rash develops on dark skin,it is often not recognized until the rash begins to peel.In pregnant women,abortion {miscarriage}and heavy vaginal bleeding are common Ebola symptoms.Death in Ebola victims is usually due to massive blood loss. The virus is named after the Ebola River valley in the Democratic Republic of the Congo {former Zaire},which is near the site of the first recognizedoutbreak in 1976,in a mission hospital,run by Flemish nuns.More pictures below.
