ALIA'S MEDIA AIDE SLAMS ACHADO 8th December, 2025     Terver Atu, Principal Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State on Youth and Media Mobilization, has fired back at Hon. Asema Achado over recent comments claiming he and his stakeholders made a “mistake” by supporting Governor Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia. Atu described Achado as a perennial aspirant in Gwer Local Government who has contested nearly every election without success, calling him an example of political failure. “The mere pronouncement of Governor Alia’s name unites the people, not politics, but grace and divine acceptance,” Atu said. “That same goodwill carried him to Abuja as a House of Representatives member for the first time.” According to Atu, Achado’s remarks insult the collective efforts of the Benue masses who supported Governor Alia to end years of underdevelopment.
