 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BLACK AXE CULT MEMBERS,KILLS 3 PEOPLE IN BADAGRY.

•Tunde Jacob                                                            According to sources,members of a secret cult group known as Black Axe in Magbon,adagry,Lagos state have killed three members of a vigilante group of Nigeria.Those killed are Mr Segun Osha,Joel Ajose and Tunde Jacob,who was the son to the chairman of Odua people's congress,OPC,in Magbon area of Badagry.According to sources,the cult members in April stormed a commercial motorcycle park,in an attempt to kill a man they had fracas with but were prevented by the late Ajose who succeeded in arresting one of them identified as Kenneth.Kenneth was handed over to the police at Marogbo.After Kenneth was released by the police,he was said to have mobilized his cult members who killed Jacob,Ajose and Osha.Kenneth has now fled to warri Delta  state,mean while the police has invited two Motorcyclist chairmen of Magbon for interrogation.The picture above belongs to Tunde Jacob.One more photo below.          â€¢Segun Osha                                                                                  Segun Osha.
