 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. IS THE MILITARY GIVEN OUT TOO MUCH INFORMATION?.

              Yesterday the Chief of Defence Staff Air Marshal Alex Badeh said ''The good news for the parents of the girls is that we know where they are but cannot tell you.But where they are held,can we go there with force?.We can't kill our girls in the name of trying to get them back''.I question the fact that the military know where they are and if they do and they can't rescue them,why are they telling us?.Don't you think the military in the process of being transparent with their operations is giving out too much information?.With these new information about the location of the girls,don't you think they have put Boko Haram on notice and making boko haram more prepared for them than ever and even putting the Chibok missing girls in more danger.Please i will like the military in charge of these information to be more discreet with information.               Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh
