  A manhunt is underway for man who shot a Granite City Police Officer multiple times. Officers in Granite City, Illinois, responded to a call regarding a unwanted subject near the 2000 block of Johnson Road at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 5th. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect opened fire on officers before fleeing the scene.  Unfortunately, one officer was struck multiple times. The officer was rushed to a St. Louis University Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.  A massive manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect. Authorities warn the public that the man is considered armed and dangerous.             According to sources,the Briton deserted the army and plotted two bombings in Abuja that killed at least 90 people.The international arrest warrant has attracted a reward of 25million naira for any information leading to the arrest of Aminu Sadiq Ogwuche and Rufai Abubakar Tsiga,both suspected members of the boko haram group.Mike Omeri,Director General of the National Orientation Agency part of the Ministry of information  said yesterday that ''The National bureau of interpol in the Nigerian police force has issued an international red alert for the search and arrest of Aminu Sadiq Ogwuche''.
