 Workers will rather work for free than accept N48,000 — NLC The Nigeria Labour Congress has warned that it would rather mobilise workers to remain at home with their families or offer free services than accept the paltry N48,000 new minimum wage being offered by the Federal Government when they meet on Tuesday. The Deputy President of the NLC Political Commission, Prof. Theophilus Ndubuaku, disclosed this in an exclusive interview. POLICE RECOVERS RIFLES FROM A DUSTBIN IN KANO.

           This is a very serious matter that people should not be over looked because according sources Kano state police command has recovered two rifles from a dustbin in Kano state.Police spokeman,ASP Magaji Majia said ''A tip off led to the recovery of the weapons which included one k2 and one G3 rifle.The command is particularly happy with the piece of information given which led to the recovery of two rifles concealed in a dustbin''.
