 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 1578 CHRISTIAN SKELETONS,FOUND UNDER THE STREETS OF ROME.

In 1578 in Rome were discovered catacombs: in them, skeletons of martyrs that were later on sent across Europe to be adorned with jewels and placed in their designated churches. But where are they know? Art Historian Paul Koudounaris found out for us and told us in a just released book Heavenly Bodies: Cult Treasures and Spectacular Saints.            The labyrinthine structure revealed,containing many skeletons of early christian martyrs called saints because of their alleged miracles performed by them or their mission to support and spread christianity.The location was renamed the Catacomb saints and many of the skeletons were sent across Europe mainly Germany as a substitute for all the rekics that got damaged or stolen during the protestant reformation.When the skeletons reached their designated countries,they were clothed with precious jewels and then exhibited inside churches serving as a reminder of death and therefore to the necessity to devote one's life to God.These pictures were taken by Paul Koudounaris who tavelled round the continent to find out what was left of the skeletons.More photos below.                                                                                                       In 1578 in Rome were discovered catacombs: in them, skeletons of martyrs that were later on sent across Europe to be adorned with jewels and placed in their designated churches.
