 White House removes ICE video after Sabrina Carpenter criticism, posts new clip mocking singer   The White House removed a controversial social media video promoting Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests that used pop star Sabrina Carpenter’s song “Juno,” but the dispute intensified when a new clip featuring altered footage from her “Saturday Night Live” appearance was posted shortly afterward. The original video, shared Monday on the White House’s X account, showed ICE agents detaining migrants while repeatedly playing the lyric “Have you ever tried this one?” from Carpenter’s song. The 21-second clip included a caption that read, “Have you ever tried this one? Bye-bye,” accompanied by waving and heart emojis. 1 ARMY OFFICER ARRESTED WITH 10 OTHERS FOR PLOTTING COUP IN MALI.

          Authorities in Mali had arrested a army officer and a number of associates,suspected of plotting a coup against president Ibrahim Boubaca Keita.Lieutenant Mohamed Quttara,a member of the elite red beret army considered as close to deposed president Amadou Toumani Toure,was arrested late on wednesday.Sources claimed hewas planning something but didn't have time to carry it out.Certain political leaders would have been involved.The 10 that was arrested with Quttarra are now being interrogated.
