 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. BIAFRAN GROUP ATTEMPTED TO SEIZE TV STATION IN ENUGU.

•Onwuka, founder, Biafra Zionist Movement              According to sources,at least 20 members of the pro-Biafra group,Biafra Zionist Movement,BZM,led by arrister Benjamin Onwuka today thursday,launched an attack on the Enugu state broad casting Service,ESBS,ut the seccesimist group's attempts to make a live broadcast was foiled by security operatives.The incident which occured at about 6am,resulted in a fierce gun battle during which a policeman and a member of the group were killed.An eye witness said two members were arrested by the police while some people passing by were also arrested for questioning.Onwuka and many of his men had escaped before the policemen arrived.Onwuka's mission to the TV station was to make a live broadcast having declared himself leader of the new Biafran Republic last year.Onwuka and 12 members of his group has been arrested,after a hot chase.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
