 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. BIAFRAN GROUP ATTEMPTED TO SEIZE TV STATION IN ENUGU.

•Onwuka, founder, Biafra Zionist Movement              According to sources,at least 20 members of the pro-Biafra group,Biafra Zionist Movement,BZM,led by arrister Benjamin Onwuka today thursday,launched an attack on the Enugu state broad casting Service,ESBS,ut the seccesimist group's attempts to make a live broadcast was foiled by security operatives.The incident which occured at about 6am,resulted in a fierce gun battle during which a policeman and a member of the group were killed.An eye witness said two members were arrested by the police while some people passing by were also arrested for questioning.Onwuka and many of his men had escaped before the policemen arrived.Onwuka's mission to the TV station was to make a live broadcast having declared himself leader of the new Biafran Republic last year.Onwuka and 12 members of his group has been arrested,after a hot chase.
